Personnel Numbers rise, as do amounts of conflicts

Recently, in a press conference, the Chief of the General Staff, principal deputy to the Commandant, Russian Empire, nicknamed "Texas", reported successes in the military sphere. He stated that 2 out of 3 General Officer Positions mandated by the action plan have been filled, as well as a proper system of function has been established to effectively control the ever-growing military. General Texas also boasted that the military now makes up 4% of the total regional population, and stated the intentions to increase the size by a 6% margin, effectively raising the military strength at 10%, or 47 servicemen. This plan, although grand, has raised discontent in ranks of the government. Critics of the plan are reported to be members of the government, who, after a lengthy conference with the General Staff, agreed to instate a cap on active World Assembly Servicemen.
