Conclusion of Military Exercises: Any lessons learned?

About 3 days ago, Operation Steady Warrior, the region's first military exercise has come to an end. The exercise involved 9 servicemen, and consisted of two phases. As Colonel General Texas stated in a press report, "While [The exercise] was only a training exercise, it gave me and the rest of the general staff data to reflect, as to show our effectiveness at mobilizing and neutralizing a threat. As those numbers are currently still in process, I cannot state them at this time". In addition, the Chief of Staff addressed a topic which was most controversial, and which worried most military members: The personnel. As the General stated; "This cap, placed currently at 12, is to keep New Western Atlantic's World Assembly count up, even though the people of the Military were informed not to leave their WA. As said in an article upon the Official Military News Website, this is being worked by the General Staff to try and cooperate with the Region's Government.". The commandant of the Military, Marshal Mukolayiv, stated they were at the official cap limit. This brings to question, if such a small amount of people participate in well planned and carefully executed exercises, what is the point, if less than a dozen people receive this knowledge.

In other news, the General Staff, after days of arguing and collusion, have finally reached the cap limit. Controversy arose, when Silver Eagles (Frost-Hammer), joined and was granted an admin role. He proceeded to spam the discord, and when the conflict escalated, members of the military staff lost their roles. While such actions could have escalated into a conflict between the establishments, the dispute was regulated, and was calmed. Meanwhile, Minister of Justice Cesorian, was appointed the Justice General of the NWARD, as mandated by L.R. 89, to keep watch on the legal proceedings of the military
